316L 스테인레스 스틸 파이프-파이프 내부 스레드 어댑터는 배관 시스템을 연결하기 위한 임시 피팅입니다. 주요 구조는 두 개의 파이프 또는 장비 포트를 연결하도록 설계되었습니다. 이 제품의 핵심 특징은 복합 연결 방식에 있습니다. 한쪽 끝(또는 양쪽 끝)은 파이프에 영구 용접할 수 있도록 맞대기 용접 베벨로 설계되었습니다. 내부는 밸브, 기구, 피팅 또는 기타 구성 요소를 외부 스레드와 연결하기 위한 표준 내부 스레드로 가공됩니다. 내부 흐름 채널 설계는 원활한 전환을 우선시합니다. 내벽은 미세하게 연마되어 있으며 표면 거칠기는 일반적으로 Ra ≤ 0.8μm 또는 그보다 낮은 수준으로 제어됩니다(위생 등급은 Ra ≤ 0.5μm에 도달할 수 있음). 이는 유체 저항 계수를 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 더 중요한 것은 거친 표면에서 매체 보유 및 침전을 방지합니다.
