316L 스테인레스 스틸 압축 피팅 내부 스레드 스루 플레이트 커넥터는 페룰 밀봉 기술과 관통 플레이트 설치 구조를 결합한 전문 파이프 연결 장치입니다. 주요 기능은 파이프가 장비 벽이나 제어 상자를 통과할 때 안정적이고 신뢰할 수 있으며 누출 방지 연결을 제공하는 동시에 다른 파이프 피팅 또는 계측기와 연결하기 위해 반대쪽 끝에 내부 스레드 인터페이스를 제공하는 것입니다. 커넥터 본체는 한쪽 끝에 페룰 연결 끝이 있고 다른 끝에 내부 나사 연결 끝이 있고 중간에 관통 플레이트 고정 구조가 있는 일체형 기계 가공 구조입니다. 내부 흐름 채널은 정밀 가공되어 원활한 유체 통과를 보장하고 압력 손실과 난류를 줄입니다. 전면 페룰은 설치 중에 파이프의 외벽에 대해 밀봉을 형성하여 조이는 동안 축 방향 압축을 발생시켜 주요 밀봉 기능을 달성합니다. 후방 페룰은 주로 파이프 고정력을 향상시켜 방사상 맞물림을 생성함으로써 고압이나 진동 환경에서 파이프가 느슨해지거나 떨어지는 것을 방지합니다. 관통 플레이트 고정 구조는 외부 스레드 섹션과 잠금 너트 또는 고정 와셔를 포함하여 커넥터를 패널 또는 벽면 플레이트에 고정하는 데 사용되어 안전한 설치를 보장합니다.
